Chariot Races

Duke nodded than heard what Brittany said. He had a ntural dislike of Britanny due to Hephaestus not liking Aphrodite. Duke than sent a blast of fire at Brittany's chariot to burn it.

Brittany shrieked, falling over backwards.
"My chariot!" she cried.

OoC: It wasn't that good anyways, she's paying more attention to the looks than how well the chariot would work.

"That was mean!" Holly said to Duke.

OOC: Lol I know. I burned her chariot because naturally a child fo Hephaestus hates a child fo aphrodite.

Duke than took the axe out of his backpack and started usign it to break down the chariot combined with his fire powers. He smirked and said "Thats what you get you freaking airhead. Aphrodite should've neevr cheated on Hephaesuts with Ares. Mark my words your stay at Camp won't go as well."

Brittany got to her feet and pulled Duke back, making him face her.
"So I'm being punished for what my MOM has done!?" she yelled.

Duke shrugged and said "Pretty much,yeah. Besides it's not like you cared about that chariot anywya. If you actually cared about it the chriot wouldn't have 5 wheels for gods' sake!."

Brittany glared at him.
"Yeah, well, thanks to you, I now don't have the time to accomplish that!"

Duke laughed and said "Who gives a crap blondie. Next time watch who your mom has affairs with. Now go look at yourself in the mirror."

Holly looked between them, and decided not ot get in the middle. She went and got two brown Pegasi.

Duke looked at Holly and asked "We're allowed to use Pegasi instead of regular horses?"

"I don't have any authority over my mom," Brittany snapped. "ANd you ought to know that, Duke."

Duke looked offended and said "You ought to know what?"

Holly laughed. "Yes, what else are we supposed to use? We only have Pegasi at Camp Half Blood. Just, no flight."

"That even if we're demigods, we have no control over our parents," she said pleadingly.

Duke nodded and it turned out his horse were Pegasi just they couldn't fly.

"Still why should I treat you any different. I mean you obviously just came to this Camp to look good." Duke said defensive.

(They CAN fly, they just aren't allowed)

(I know. Thats what I meant by they couldn't fly)

"Excuse me," Brittany growled, "but that is a serious stereotype. I didn't know I was a daughter of APhrodite, and I certainly didn't ask to be. Don't take out your feelings on me just because I'm a kid of your dad's wife."

Duke shurgged and said "Since I can't punish your mom I'll punish you for your mom's actions. And it's not really a stereotype. Seriously you made your chariot with 5 wheels."

Crimson and Stole just stared at the fight. "Wow... Reminds me of Persephone." Stole nudged Crimson.

Aaron rolled his eyes, finishing his chariot. It was dark blue, with wave designs on either side.

Amy finished hers as well. There was a symbol of a cloud on one side, and a handful of sparkly dust on the other.

Duke looked at Aaron and gave him a thumbs up

"Campers, line your chariots! If you do not have on finished, team with someone who does!"

Aaron rode his chariot up, racing off with Amy as they rushed to get Pegasi, which they had both forgotten.

Orion finished his, lightning bolts on the side, and blue next to them. THia had pink with purple dots.
