Marie scowled.
"She almost did once, remember?" she told Aaron. "And then she killed the guy. I highly doubt she had a kid."

Kenneth felt bad, and went back up to Brittany. "Sorry for snapping at you.." He said.

Marie grumbled something under her breath.

Brittany looked at him.
"Yeah, I'm sorry too," she told him.

He shrugged. "It's probably not true. Let's just hope. " He said, right as Chiron called for dinner.

Marie followed Aaron, but took her seat at the Hermes table with Brittany. After she had gotten her food, Marie approached the sacrifice brazier, slid in her green beans and broccoli (>:U Ha ha, Moon!), and thought, Please, whoever you are, I'd like to be claimed within the next week. Umm, thanks. As she took her seat again, she saw several people staring at something above her head, so she looked as well. She gasped loudly.

Aaron buried his head in his hands. "I knew it... " He moaned.

Thunder rolled loudly, and began to pour, though they couldn't feel it. Marie, not used to being stared at like this, got up and walked away, heading for the forest.

Aaron ran after her. Lightning struck right in front of him, but he ignored it.

Marie heard him, but didn't turn around.
"What do you want?" she called, keeping her head down.

A dryad appeared from a tree. "Come with me, Lady Marie!" She rushed off.

She stopped dead in her tracks.
"Lady...?" muttered Marie. "That's just great."

She looked back at her, and ran in between two oaks. She dissapeared, and the area in between the trees shimmered.

Aaron ran through the same two trees, hoping to go with her. He wanted to talk to her.

Aaron lunged out for her. "Wait! " He called.

They were led to a night with one star in the sky and the moon shining brightly, onto a clearing. A woman and six girls were sitting cross-legged next to each other. The dryad sunk back into a tree.

Marie felt out of place there.
"Umm, I didn't mean to intrude," she began, backing away.

Aaron froze, standing on one leg. He had a sinking feeling he shouldn't be here.

"No, no, sit please," Artemis whispered, eyes still closed. "But HE should NOT be here," Her eyes shot open, pointing angrily at Aaron. The Huntresses all jumped up.

Aaron paled and backed up, but he went nowhere. He smiled a bit when Marie said that, but never the less looked chalk-white.

Artemis looked at the tallest Huntress. She took a white tipped arrow out, and shot it at Aaron, hitting him in the shoulder. His face turned even whiter, and he slumped over.

Marie screamed.
"What was that for!?" she yelled, wheeling about to face Artemis. "He's the first friend I've ever had, and you're scaring him off before we even get a chance to know each other!"
